What you need,
Base:
100g margarine or butter
1 dl sugar
1 egg
2 dl flour
1 ts baking powder
Filling:
1 can of sour cream
1 egg
1/2 dl sugar
1 ts vanilla sugar
3-4 dl blueberries (or any berry you like, for example lingonberries)
1. Whip soft margarine and sugar together, until its like foam.
2. Add one egg while whipping, mix the flour and baking powder and add them too.
3. Spread the pastry on a greased baking dish (diameter 22-24cm) and also a little bit on the sides.
Put flour on your hands so that it isn't so sticky.
4. Mix the sour cream, egg, sugar and vanilla sugar together. Spread the mixture on the pie base.
5. Add the berries.
6. Put the pie in the oven, 200 degrees and bake it for 30-35 minutes on the lowest level in the oven.
I hope my english in baking terms isn't bad...

Pohja:
100g margariinia tai voita
1 dl sokeria
1 muna
2 dl vehnäjauhoja
1 tl leivinjauhetta
Täyte:
1 prk kermaviiliä
1 muna
1/2 dl sokeria
1 tl vanilliinisokeria
3-4 dl mustikoita tai muita marjoja esim. puolukoita
1. Vatkaa pehmeä rasva ja sokeri vaahdoksi
2. Lisää joukkoon muna vatkaten ja sekä keskenään sekoitetut kuivat aineet
3. Levitä taikina voidellun piiraasvuuan pohjalle (halkaisija 22-24cm) ja vähän reunoille jauhotetun käden avulla
4. Sekoita kermaviili, muna, sokeri ja vanilliinisokeri keskenään. Levitä seos pohjan päälle.
5. Ripottele marjat päälle.
6. Paista piirasta 200 asteessa uunin alimmalla tasolla 30-35 minuutia.
